To confirm a course registration, participants must submit all required information, documents, and proof of payment by the final registration deadline. Confirmation will be sent to the student in writing within two days following the registration deadline.

Cancellations are allowed but will incur a 20% administration fee based on the total course fee. Cancellations will not be accepted after the registration deadline, and the full course fee will remain payable.

Student substitutions may be permitted, subject to approval by the awarding body. Requests for substitution must be submitted in writing at least three days before the course begins. WILSTON Consulting reserves the right to accept or reject substitution requests at its discretion, without providing a reason.

WILSTON Consulting requires a minimum number of students for all public programs and reserves the right to alter course dates or locations due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the only remedy available to students is a refund of the fees paid.

Students cannot file claims or legal actions against WILSTON Consulting regarding their participation in the course or the knowledge gained during the course. If a student’s script or answer sheet is lost in the postal system during submission to the awarding body, the only compensation will be the opportunity to retake the same exam.

Recording audio or video during any public or in-house training session is prohibited unless explicit permission is granted.

Participants use any information or documentation obtained during the course at their own risk. The data provided by participants may be shared with relevant awarding bodies for training and certification purposes.

WILSTON Consulting does not guarantee exam results, job opportunities, or workplace performance for any student.
